CBT Coach

Would you like to work with people?

Do you want to help people reach their goals?

Are you a good listener that can help produce a course of action?

CBT, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, is based on the notion that our problems originate in the way we view ourselves and our surroundings, the so called cognitive perspective, and how we react to this environment. It is assumed that our thoughts, feelings and behaviors mutually control and affect each other. For example, negative thoughts like “I´m useless” can contribute to depression, sadness and destructive behaviors such as becoming isolated and passive. CBT concentrates on changing the thought patterns and behaviors that maintain and aggravate these issues.
